Meaningful Competitor Change Alerts
An alert should represent a reviewable competitor move, not every pixel or timestamp update.
Noise resistance
Whitespace, routine time strings, repeated page chrome, and semantically unchanged content are normalized before a change is promoted. The normalization version stays separate from immutable raw evidence.
Delivery once
Logical notification keys prevent retrying workers from delivering the same change twice. Workspace and monitor preferences are checked before delivery.
Delivery limits
Email delivery depends on the configured provider and recipient settings. Pro workspaces can enable Slack after a verified webhook connection. A delivery failure does not erase the underlying change record.
